Nomophobia, which means no-mobile-phone-phobia, is when people suffer from anxiety if they are unable to use their phone for any reason. It is estimated that 66% of adults suffer from this condition. (Psychology Today) 

In my opinion, this obsession is unhealthy for our society. How many times do we see people on their phones rather than talking to friends/family sitting next to them?

This song “Play With my Phone” is a fun poke at those who are addicted to their phones. It has a solid bass-line with a catchy chorus and great lyrics that shows people in different situations, preferring to use their phone rather than interact with the world around them.
